Mechanical Engineer Contract Full Time

Mechanical Engineer Based in London and the salary is £23.35ph PAYE  

This is a full time temporary role.

To oversee the contract for delivery of a full range of gas and mechanical engineering services (including, but not exclusively; domestic heating and hot water service, non-domestic heating and hot water services, cold water systems, boosted water systems, water storage cisterns and ventilation systems) including major works as required to maintain housing stock, meeting statutory and corporate requirements, stakeholder priorities and best practice.

Ideally candidates will have:

• Professionally recognised mechanical engineering or mechanical qualification e.g. City & Guilds, or extensive equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Up to-date knowledge of legislation, industry best practice and current professional standards;

Knowledge of asset management to inform the development of Repairs and Maintenance and Major Works strategies
