The successful candidate will assist with the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of car parks across the estate, ensuring they remain safe, clean, and presentable.

Duties include carrying out minor surface repairs, line marking, vegetation control, litter picking, leaf blowing, debris clearance, and general grounds maintenance activities. The role will also involve supporting planned maintenance works, responding to defects as required, and providing a professional and courteous service when interacting with customers and members of the public. Working outdoors in varying weather conditions will be a regular part of the role.
