We urgently require an M & E Services inspector to start ASAP £25ph ref 418741
Full time hours on a temporary basis.
Job Spec
The M & E Services inspector will be onsite carrying out pose and pre inspections in both domestic and commercial buildings
The M & E Services Inspector must therefore have experience within the M & E services
Day to day duties include:
- Inspections on Communal heating
- Inspections on Individual heating
- Inspections on domestic & commercial gas
- Day to day maintenance & servicing of large heating
- Understanding IT to write reports
Must have:
- Experience in M & E services
- Understanding of cold water services and boosted water systems
- Knowledge of electrical services within buildings – both domestic and commercial
- Gas qualifications welcomed (desirable but not essential)
- Experience in working for local authorities(desirable but not essential)
- Understanding fire risk assessments (desirable but not essential)
