Local Land Charges Officer Full Time Temporary

Local Land Charges Officer needed in Chester paying £9.81 per hr PAYE Ref: 5168380

This is working full time hours on a temporary basis

Responsibilities:

This role is based in a team dealing with local land searches, which is a vital part of the property conveyancing process. Attention to detail is key to this role and the ability to input and interpret data accurately is needed. 

Record details of incoming fees and enter into financial systems in compliance with the financial regulations.

Respond to solicitors/personal search companies’ enquiries in respect of all matters within the Land Charges Section

Full training would be provided to carry out the role and ready access to mentoring and supervision available during the working day.
