Litigation Lawyer

Litigation Lawyer needed in South west London Paying  £307.11 per day ref OR108007

Full time hours on a temporary basis  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex civil, commercial and/or property litigation matters with minimal supervision.
• Conduct litigation in the County Court, High Court and relevant Tribunals.
• Provide clear, commercially focused and pragmatic legal advice to clients and key stakeholders.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, settlement agreements, reports and other legal documents.
• Negotiate favourable settlements and outcomes for clients.
• Attend meetings with clients, counsel, experts and other external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and legal updates for clients and senior management where required.
• Support and mentor junior lawyers and trainees within the team.
• Keep abreast of legal and regulatory developments and advise clients on their implications.
• Maintain accurate case management records and ensure compliance with procedural requirements, regulatory obligations and internal policies.
