Lettings Assistant needed in Kensington.
The hourly rate is £16.90ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be working with colleagues to ensure effective void management processes. They will be managing decant cases, assisting in matching properties for management transfers and overseeing and ensuring updates are provided for zero rents and Orbis accounts.
They are responsible for lettings administration, ensuring all records relevant to the role are completed promptly and are accurate and responsible for system updates including processing end of tenancies.
