Joiner needed in Derby, £17.52ph PAYE – Reference: 5295418

You will ideally have experience in working in Social Landlord environment. 

To undertake Joinery repairs, maintenance, renovations and installations; other skilled maintenance operations and to support other trade staff in the effective completion of repairs, maintenance and other building operations to property and buildings

1. To undertake all joinery repairs, maintenance and renovations identified within the housing stock, schools and public buildings
2. To carry out new joinery related installations (1st and 2nd fix)
3. To interpret detailed design drawings and specifications
4. By using your own initiative, resolve were practical any minor or routine technical difficulties on site, liaising with your management as required.
5. To maintain vehicle stock levels at optimum level so that service efficiency is achieved.
6. Work within an appointment system including liaising with customers
7. To submit all worksheets and documents relating to job (electronically or by paper) within the required timescales.
8. To effectively contribute to the provision of accurate records for time, SOR and materials to each work order, including the effective receipting of all material advice notes.
9. Participate as a Joiner in the delivery of an effective out of hours emergency repair service on a rota system.
10. To carry out tasks within the Homes multi-skilling agreement.
