Joiner needed in Derby Paying  £17.52 per hr ref 000B 47DD / 1

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out all aspects of joinery work within occupied and void properties.
  • Install and refurbish kitchens, bathrooms and wet rooms.
  • Undertake joinery works associated with property conversions and new build developments.
  • Fit doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, kitchens and other internal fixtures.
  • Work alongside other trades to deliver capital improvement projects.
  • Ensure all work is completed within agreed timescales and quality standards.
  • Comply with health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.
  • Identify and report any additional repair or maintenance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
  • Provide excellent customer service when working in tenants’ homes.
