Investigations Officer Contract Full Time

Investigations Officer Based in Croydon and the salary is £14.51ph PAYE  

This is a full time temporary role.

This role will involve:

To be an effective officer providing support, administration and advice to all stakeholders ranging from investigating and responding appropriately to Penalty Charge Notices (PCN) representations, Debt registration.

To contribute towards a highly professional team delivering the Parking Penalty Enforcement Process (PCN cycle) by making consistent accurate decisions based on the client’s policy and the customer’s circumstances, including any mitigation. To manage own case load ensuring required outputs for efficient and effective working are met.
