Internal Audit and Anti-Fraud Auditor based in Woolwich and the rate is £25.22ph

This is a full time temporary contract role.

To discharge statutory Section 151 responsibilities and Accounts and Audit Regulations requirements placed by undertaking complex audits, major reviews and special investigations to ensure probity, compliance and value for money in the operation and delivery of services.

To conduct investigations into fraud corporately, including housing benefit, employee related fraud, housing tenancy, right to buy, student loans and any other fraud perpetrated in order to detect, deter and prevent fraud and corruption both internally and externally highlighting any management or control weaknesses within departmental operational procedures and making recommendations to managers to prevent fraud and loss occurring in the future.
