Interim Senior Commercial Surveryor

You’ll take the lead on the delivery of a significant disposals programme while overseeing a diverse commercial property portfolio. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering the organisation’s commercial strategy—balancing financial returns with wider regeneration and sustainability objectives.

This is a high-profile leadership role requiring confidence, strong commercial judgement, and the ability to negotiate and close deals while safeguarding and enhancing asset value.

We’re looking for a confident and commercially astute estates professional who can operate at pace and with authority:

• Proven experience delivering asset disposals programmes within a complex estate
• Strong background managing mixed-use commercial portfolios
• Demonstrable commercial acumen with a track record of maximising asset value
• Experience working across complex organisational environments; exposure to both public and private sectors is desirable
• Highly skilled negotiator, able to protect value and achieve strong financial outcomes
• A natural leader with the presence and credibility to influence senior stakeholders
• Experience in regeneration, development, and income-generating initiatives
