Full time hours on a temporary basis
This role will involve:
- Deliver an estates management service that addresses anti-social behaviour and other tenancy compliance issues, tenancy fraud, tenancy checks, communal cleaning, grounds maintenance, etc.
- Monitor Service Level Agreements with service providers, including cleaning, grounds maintenance, mediation, etc.
- To investigate and resolve complaints relating to antisocial behaviour, nuisance, estate and community management and also to general matters.
