Intelligence & Analysis Manager needed Paying £400 per day ref 5307838

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and enhancement of management information, performance reporting, and business intelligence solutions across Children’s Services.
- Support the implementation of a new Liquidlogic case management system, including reporting development and data specification design.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualisations to meet operational and strategic requirements.
- Work closely with service managers, operational teams, and system suppliers to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
- Produce detailed data specifications and ensure reporting outputs meet business needs and statutory reporting requirements.
- Plan and coordinate testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring system reports and dashboards perform as expected.
- Provide analysis and interpretation of complex data sets to identify trends, performance issues, risks, and opportunities.
- Support reporting developments required under the Families First reforms and other service transformation initiatives.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with relevant legislation and governance standards.
- Manage and prioritise multiple reporting projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
