Income Recovery Customer Service Officer needed in South West London Paying  £19.98 per hr ref 005595

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑quality customer service via phone, email, and face‑to‑face contact
  • Support customers with rent queries, payments, and arrears management
  • Promote payment plans and maximise income collection through early intervention
  • Identify vulnerable customers and signpost to appropriate support services
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update systems in line with procedures
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve positive outcomes
  • Ensure a professional, supportive, and solution‑focused approach at all times
