The successful candidate will you’ll maximize income from rent, and other charges, through preventative and pro-active measures, ensuring an effective yet compassionate, income collection recovery service.

They will provide an effective and customer focused housing income collection service, ensuring tenants receive appropriate advice, financial inclusion, support and assistance to enable them to pay and sustain their tenancies.
