HR Policy Specialist based in Haringey and the hourly rate is £20.10 ph
This is a full time temporary contract role.

This role will involve:
- Research, benchmark and draft updates to HR policies and codes of practice to ensure our processes regarding our staff reflect our values, strategy, legislative requirements and best practice in the sector.
- Collaborate with managers, trades unions and staff network leads to ensure proposed policies and changes to policies are appropriately negotiated or consulted upon.
- Identify HR process and projects for transformation, acting as a change agent to deliver improvements through project activity and deliverables.
- Lead on HR transformation process, projects, initiatives and developments and ensure effective delivery and implementation of project objectives.
- Prepare reports for CJC and Staff and Remuneration Committees, ensuring that policies go through the appropriate stages of financial and legal evaluation.
- Monitor, collate and analyse HR data to inform the client on the effectiveness of its policies and processes, particularly those built around the concept of inclusion.
- Prepare and present reports, guidance, briefing notes and other documentation as required to support necessary changes.
