HR Policy Consultant needed in Dudley

This is a temporary contract initially paying £350 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will lead the refresh of all HR policies and procedures, working collaboratively with the existing HR team to co‑develop clear, modernised documentation. They will ensure all policies align with the organisation’s wider codes and standards, creating a consistent and compliant framework. In addition, they will enhance the manager experience across key areas such as performance management, absence, appraisals and objective‑setting, supporting a more effective and confident management culture.
