HR Business Partner (Hybrid) needed in Twickenham, £30ph PAYE – Reference: OR102393
Minimum 2 days in the office per week
- Act as a strategic partner for all transformation activities planned, and supporting change activities to ensure managers are supported and employees are treated fairly.
2. Create, monitor and progress all case work, with strong and effective record keeping.
3. Strategic partnering with senior leaders including attending senior leader meetings to offer advice and appraise people related changes to enable senior leaders to make informed and risk aware decisions.
4. Provide operational partnering to other colleagues who can share that with managers, helping them to advise, and guide managers to undertake people related activities fairly and accurately in line with policy and good practice.
5. Represent the team at key people related meetings including acting as chair, presenting relevant reports or metrics, such as case work, absences, vacancy, turnover and retention rates.
6. Undertake regular people reviews to identify trends, pay discrepancies, contract issues, absences to advise operational or strategic managers of their options.
7. Undertake regular reviews of case work to identify good practice, any learning, any policy or guidance reviews or any training needs.
8. Support managers (including acting as advisors for investigating manager or at hearings) to undertake performance related activities with employees including capability, grievance and disciplinary processes, dealing with absences, managing probation, dismissals and appeals following ACAS good practice, Employment Act 1996, and legal advice when required.
9. Provide an excellent customer experience through responding to enquiries, providing support, advice and guidance accurately to all customers, employees and managers.
10. Monitor, review and contribute to all people policies in line with current legislation.
The post holder will be expected to undertake other duties commensurate with the grade of the post,
including deputising or working flexibly across the week and locations to meet demands.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
