This is a temporary contract initially paying £24.46ph PAYE

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that support priorities and make a real difference to our workforce and community.
They will act as a trusted advisor to directorates and service leaders, helping to translate strategic plans into effective people solutions and will lead on change initiatives, support employee relations, and use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
