Housing Standards Officer needed in Ellesmere Port

This is a temporary role and the rate is £32.12ph

The successful candidate will be raising housing standards through advice, advocacy and enforcement in the private sector.

They will be managing inspections, investigations and surveys of private sector properties in order to identify their condition with reference to all relevant legislation, standards and guidance and assisting with the preparation of specifications and schedules of repair work and assessment of the progress and quality of such works.
