Housing Solutions Officer needed in Addlestone, Surrey Paying  £19.68 per hr ref OR99457

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Provide housing advice and solutions to prevent homelessness
• Carry out housing needs assessments and develop personalised housing plans
• Work with private landlords and accommodation providers to secure housing
• Support customers with complex needs, signposting to relevant support services
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
• Build positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Represent the organisation professionally and empathetically at all times
