Housing Solutions Officer Full Time Temporary
Housing Solutions Officer needed in Islington paying £17.70 per hr PAYE Ref: 431A4/1
This is working full time hours on a temporary basis
Responsibilities:
To provide excellent face to face, online and phone customer care for clients who are at risk of homelessness.
To interview and make an initial assessment of members of the public who are homeless or threatened with homelessness.
To provide written and verbal advice to customers and their advocates on housing options available.
Liaise with excluders and referral to the appropriate Housing Needs team.
