Housing Options Advisor (Hybrid) Full Time Temporary

Housing Options Advisor (Hybrid) needed in Bristol, £17.12ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1273845

• Working with households who are homeless, or threatened with homelessness, to offer them advice and assistance to resolve their housing situation.
• You will complete an assessment to determine what statutory duties the client may owe to the household, develop a personal housing plan, and issue decisions around duties owed.
• You will also establish eligibility for the client’s various homelessness prevention schemes.
• Be able to demonstrate knowledge of housing options and advice, housing remedies including homelessness and of the needs of vulnerable people and minority groups.
• Can carry out financial assessments related to housing options.

An Adult Enhanced DBS is required.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
