Housing Officer needed in Hammersmith, £22.81ph PAYE – Reference: 004889
1.1 To support the housing management team to deliver a customer focused, proactive and high quality neighbourhood management service to residents in general needs and sheltered housing.
1.2 To provide a responsive reception service for residents, assisting with housing management enquiries and sign -posting to other services and agencies.
1.3 To be responsible for a schedule of routine office building checks and tests, including, fire alarm and panic alarm, and to record these in logs provided.
1.4 To raise and process payments needed to deliver the service using IBC and other systems.
1.5 To maintain KPI and PI performance data for the team.
1.6 To deputise where needed for Housing Officers, under supervision from the Housing Manager
This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
