Housing Management System Project Manager in Basildon

The successful candidate will main purpose of this role is to own the Housing Management System replacement project from inception, through procurement to delivery into live ensuring all rules are adhered to including change control, procurement and budget control.
They will be responsible for the successful delivery of the HMS project on time, budget and to quality standards. To monitor, report and review the management of the project and will lead a medium sized procurement activity to ensure the correct product is purchased to meet the needs of the housing service.
