Housing Litigation Lawyer needed in East London Paying £40.81 per hr ref 135822

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

Manage a varied caseload of housing litigation matters.
Conduct possession proceedings, injunction applications, anti-social behaviour cases, and disrepair claims.
Provide legal advice on tenancy enforcement, homelessness, allocations, and housing management issues.
Represent the organisation in County Court and relevant tribunals.
Prepare legal documentation, witness statements, pleadings, and court applications.
Advise senior managers on legal risks and case strategy.
Ensure legal compliance and contribute to policy development
