Housing Litigation Lawyer needed in Morden

The rate is £40.16ph PAYE

The successful candidate should have Local Authority experience and will be responsible for managing own case load. They will cover a wide range of housing management issues including disrepair claims and will have knowledge around the pre-action protocols in possession claims, succession claims and non-occupation/subletting is required.
