Housing Choice & Applications Officer

Housing Choice & Applications Officer needed in Romford £20.28ph PAYE – Reference: 320

 This role is centred on the allocations sectioned of the Housing Choice & Applications service. Duties include:
– managing inboxes and enquiries to the service
– advertising and marketing void properties via choice based lettings website
– providing offers and nominations of properties within designated timescales minimising void loss
– verification of prospective priority applicants to enable offer
– ensuring attention to detail to maintain a “right first time” culture

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
