Quantity Surveyor Contract Full Time

Quantity Surveyor needed in Stoke on Trent £16.67ph PAYE – Reference:5168246

Ideally have knowledge of property maintenance, housing decency standard and property defects together with a breadth of experience in estimating (including preparing quotes and sub-contractor enquiries) and post contract management including managing large budgets.
Due to current restricted working conditions, it is expected that the successful applicant will work from home. Suitable I.T. equipment will be provided for such use, and will comprise a laptop and mobile phone.

This is working full time hours on a temporary contract basis
