Working full time hours on a temporary basis

Essential

Experience of managing caseload/patch
Can prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
Able to manage customer expectations and achieve positive outcomes

Desirables

Experience of discharging homeless duty through making S193 offers
Experience of managing rent accounts
Familiar with Northgate system (iworld)
