Group Manager – MASH (Hybrid) needed in Lewisham, £38.43ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1288177
We currently have a vacancy for a group manager vacancy in our MASH Service.
MASH is our front door for Children Social Care and Target Early Help, the service includes our emergency Duty Team which provides out of hours social work services for adults and children.
The service has a well-developed multi agency partnership, with key safeguarding partners co-located. At Lewisham MASH we have developed a strong performance culture, with a focus on quality child centred decision making. The JTAI in November 2022, commented positively on the quality of practice within the MASH service.
- As a group manager, you will be a key member of the extended senior management team.
- You will manage a service area consisting of 4-5 teams and you will be responsible for practice improvement in your service area using Signs of Safety as our practice framework.
- You will be a skilled and reflective practitioner and leader and will have a clear vision of what good practice with children and families looks like.
- You will be able to use and analyse performance data effectively to support our work with children and families.
- You will also supervise 4-5 team managers and support them in their professional development.
This is a full time role on a Temporary basis.
