Finance Business Partner (Hybrid/Remote)

Finance Business Partner (Hybrid/Remote) needed in Lowestoft, Suffolk, £500 per day – Reference: RQ1781510

• Remote working if preferred but occasional travel will be needed to Lowestoft and Melton offices as required.
• Some evening availability may be needed to attend Cabinet meetings in person at either location

To lead on the production of the annual revenue and capital budget for the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) and the HRA year-end statement all within accordance of statutory reporting requirements.

To lead on from the financial management of the HRA all Housing related service areas (HRA, Private Sector Housing and Homelessness) in the Client providing advice, guidance and support to Service Managers, Senior Management, and Councillors.

To contribute to the progression of various corporate initiatives in accordance with relevant statutory requirements and policies and to ensure the Client is compliant with all relevant financial legislation and statutory requirements.

You will ideally have HRA experience and qualified CIPFA/ACCA or equivalent.

This is a full time role on a temporary basis.
