Providing Executive Support to a couple of Directors and Heads of Service – this support will include but is not limited to diary and inbox management, dealing with customer correspondence (internal and external) including coordinating answers from other departments and drafting a formal response for approval from the Executive, Minuting meetings – mainly internal and providing assistance with recruitment.

Full time hours on a temporary basis.
