Estates Surveyor

Estates Surveyor needed in Bristol Paying  £400 per day ref 374258

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of property interests, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and Landlord & Tenant matters
• Deal with service charges, including management, reconciliation, and tenant liaison
• Lead on property acquisitions and disposals, ensuring compliance with statutory and best‑practice requirements
• Negotiate and manage easements and wayleaves
• Undertake and review property valuations
• Provide professional property advice and guidance to internal departments and respond to external enquiries
• Prepare reports and recommendations to support decision‑making
• Liaise with agents, solicitors, valuers, and other professional advisers
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with legislation, policy, and best practice
