Accounts Payable Officer (Hybrid)

Accounts Payable Officer (Hybrid) needed in Portsmouth, £13.75ph PAYE – Reference: 5298788

• Processing supplier invoices in Oracle Fusion, ensuring where possible that agreed payment terms are met

• Follow processes to correctly identify what actions are required to allow payment of invoices

• Process various Utility invoices for Void Properties

• Identify those invoices where goods and services have been received without a purchase order and returning these to the supplier to obtain a revised invoice quoting a purchase order number

• Deal with various inboxes managed by the team

• Deal with supplier and user queries and following up outstanding actions needed to allow for invoices to be ready for payment

• Contribute to the continuous review of processes to ensure that they are efficient and meet the needs of internal and external customers

• Provide good customer service to external and internal customers at all times, using telephone, writing and face-to-face communication as appropriate

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
