Equalities officer needed in Manchester £21.05ph ref 0008 05C1 / 1

We are seeking an equality, equity, diversity and inclusion subject matter specialist providing expert advice and support to a range of stakeholders to enable the delivery of inclusive services and organisational objectives.

The ideal candidate will have good communication and presentation skills, experience of project planning and operational delivery, and experience of delivering a range of inclusion related initiatives including events and training, policy and programme development, equality impact assessments, equalities related data analysis, and working collaboratively within a small, and strategic team.

The role holder will work in partnership with stakeholders across the organisation and beyond to support decision making and operational service delivery. The role holder will research and be the source of intelligence within the specialist equalities area, leading in the development, design, implementation and review of policies, procedures, or strategies to ensure continuous improvement focused on inclusive services.

Full time hours on a temporary basis.
