Engagement Officer needed in Rhyl Paying  £14.35 per hr ref OR22528

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Engage with individuals and groups in the community, particularly hard‑to‑reach citizens with multiple needs.
• Promote services, projects, and support programmes at community level.
• Provide information in education, employment advice, or social care contexts.
• Build trust with participants experiencing poverty, unemployment, or social disadvantage.
• Complete administrative and monitoring tasks to a high standard, maintaining accurate records.
• Support participants to access statutory, voluntary, and private‑sector services.
• Uphold confidentiality, data protection, and excellent customer care at all times.
