Employee Relations Partner needed in Wiltshire (Flexible Locations)

The salary is £50,511.00

The successful candidate will need to be CIPD Level 7/ HR Management Degree Qualified or equivalent.

They will be regularly dealing with complex and or critical employee relations issues using analysis, experience and expertise to facilitate appropriate outcomes and will be working within employment law parameters. They should have knowledge of Project Management disciplines and extensive knowledge of employment law and best practice to enable leaders to effectively manage their teams

They will need ability to effectively and competently manage ER cases up to Employment Tribunal stage.
