Electrician needed in Loughborough Paying  £20 per hr ref OR26513

Full time hours on a temporary basis

•  Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Repairs Team Leaders in delivering an excellent:
    • Vacant property repairs service
    • Responsive repairs service
    • Gas servicing, maintenance and compliance service
    • Planned maintenance service
  • Carry out a wide range of electrical repair and maintenance tasks within a multi‑skilled environment.
  • Work flexibly across trades when required, supporting peaks and troughs in demand or skills availability.
  • Complete all work to a high standard of quality, safety, and productivity.
  • Ensure repairs are completed promptly and within agreed timescales.
  • Introduce yourself to tenants professionally, present valid identification, explain the nature of the work, and wear overshoes when entering occupied properties.
  • Liaise with other trades to ensure efficient coordination and smooth completion of works.
  • Notify Repairs Team Leaders of any major variations, unexpected issues, or further works required.
  • Adhere to all relevant health and safety legislation, codes of practice and internal procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records, certificates, and job completion details using handheld devices or manual documentation.
  • Represent the organisation professionally and uphold excellent customer service at all times.
