We do work in a hybrid way.
Given the nature of the surveyor roles in that they are required to be in the area, either in the office or on site very regularly, I would estimate that 3-4 days will be spent in the office/on-site and one day working from home. The finer details of this case be discussed with the recruiting manager at interview if the candidate is still interested in being considered
To provide the day to day repair service to tenants and maintain the Client’s housing stock. To manage the day to day repair/void contracts and contractors to a high standard providing high quality repair services to the Client and tenant. To support the Senior Technical Officer and other technical staff in achieving the priorities and objectives of the Client.
