 Director of Property Services needed in Bristol Paying  £500 per day ref 5286287

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, affordable, and energy-efficient homes aligned with organisational objectives.
• Drive financial and environmental returns on property and land assets, including developments and sales.
• Provide strategic advice on buildings and land ownership to support organisational and community development.
• Oversee performance monitoring, reporting, and business improvement activities.
• Develop and implement a pipeline of property sales, purchases, and development opportunities in line with corporate and housing plans.
• Ensure property services teams are accessible, responsive, and exceed stakeholder expectations.
• Lead strategic budget planning to deliver long-term objectives and achieve best value for money.
• Operate within statutory, governance, compliance, and legal frameworks.
