IT Support Officer / ICT Support Technician

We’re looking for a motivated IT Support professional to join a busy ICT team, providing support across a wide range of systems, infrastructure, and network technologies.

You’ll be responsible for supporting users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with network administration, and helping maintain a reliable and secure IT environment.

What we’re ideally looking for:

Experience in IT/ICT support
Knowledge of networking, connectivity and cabling
Exposure to VPNs, firewalls and Windows Server environments
Understanding of Active Directory, backup and recovery processes, and network printing
PowerShell knowledge would be advantageous
