Customer Services Lead needed in Gloucester.    

The pay rate is £14.98ph PAYE

The successful candidate should have experience leading and managing a team. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience as a manager with a background in logistics and distribution.
• Passion, a great attitude and cares about making a difference.
• Experience of line management, supervision, delegation and performance assessment.
• Experience in administration and using administrative management systems.
• Customer focused business planning and delivery.
• The ability to work under pressure and deal positively with stressful situations.
• The ability to solve problems, think on their feet and make decisions quickly to keep the operation running.
