Our client is looking for a Customer Service Officer. To handle calls and webchat for a saliva testing programme. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service across a range of channels (telephone, face to face and digital), ensuring that customer experiences are easy, effective and convenient. They will handle a range of customer enquiries and service requests, providing information, resolving issues and dealing with varied transactions and provide the best possible first impression of the council, being professional and positive, maintaining ownership of customer enquiries and ensuring they are kept up to date.
