Customer Service Advisor based in slough and the rate is £11.00 ph
This is a full time temporary contract role 9:00 – 17:30.
To provide excellent service to all customers contacting the Client, both externally and internally through face-to-face contact, telephone and written communication.
Provide expert and reliable information, advice and services to customers at the Customer Service.
Operate a variety of systems and packages, awareness of how to structure data to suite them, ensuring that data is accurate and reliable. Run reports of various systems.
Ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with agreed council policy and procedure, particularly the Council’s Equal Opportunities and Health & Safety policies.
