1. Taking calls on the education COVID helpline and providing an accurate summary to the Education/Public Health team.
2. Arranging ‘teams’ meetings for school staff and Education/Public Health staff
3. Produce meeting notes and upload to shared files
4. Use excel to carry out basic analysis of data
5. Monitor and continually update the Education Cases record sheet
Basic required skills:
Excellent telephone skills
Ability to summarise information accurately
Familiar with Word and Excel
