Customer Access Point Assistant needed in Morden Paying £12.95 per hr ref 5240051

Full time hours on a temporary basis

 This role will involve:

• To receive and respond to all visitors and callers in a professional, efficient and timely manner ensuring performance targets are achieved.
• To receive and record customer queries using computerised information databases, liaising with other sections as required, referring complex queries to specialist advisors.
• To provide a seamless customer service when rotating between the various customer access channels i.e Contact Centre and Main Reception point.
