Key Responsibilities
- Escort contractors, visitors, and authorised personnel whilst on site, ensuring compliance with site security procedures.
- Carry out regular patrols of designated areas as instructed.
- Monitor and report any security, safety, or operational concerns identified during patrols.
- Cover reception duties when required, including managing visitor access, sign-in procedures, and directing enquiries.
- Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activity, incidents, or breaches in accordance with procedures.
- Ensure all security, fire, and health and safety incidents are accurately recorded and reported.
- Maintain detailed records of contractor attendance, site access, patrols, and incidents.
- Assist with emergency procedures including fire alarms, evacuations, and incident response.
- Ensure contractors remain within authorised work areas and comply with site rules and regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with site management, security teams, staff, contractors, and visitors.
- Support the smooth operation of site security and facilities management services.
