To co-ordinate & manage the enquiries, complaints, FOI, and formal reviews processes for Adult Social Care, supporting the management team to provide sensitive and appropriate correspondence to people to their enquiries.
The post holder will deliver accurate monitoring and updating of core systems to ensure effective, timely and considered responses is provided reducing officer duplication in all enquiries and complaints for Adult Social Care.

Full time hours on a temporary basis.
