Contact Officer needed in Cardiff, £14.59ph PAYE – Reference: OR118535

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Housing & Communities Service Area for a Contact Officer within Independent Living Services.

Independent Living Services (ILS) support vulnerable adults to live independently at home and connected to their communities, through tailored information, advice and support – enabling people to take control of their own lives.

The successful candidate will work as a member of the First Point of Contact team, providing advice, information and assistance on Independent Living Services to members of the public, linking into Health & Social Care Services and referring to other agencies.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
